Key Responsibilities<br>1. leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.<br>2. revising and implementing the sales strategies plans.<br>3. generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.<br>4. providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers.<br>5. Supervise the shift that you are scheduled<br>6. Lead &amp; Supervise the real estate sales team, perform administrative duties, and stay informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry.<br>7. Offer advice and motivate their team to close sales.<br>8. Develop effective training programs that teach sales how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale.<br>9. Set weekly, monthly, and yearly monetary goals for the agents to achieve and conduct sales meetings.<br>10. assist in human resources duties, such as conducting interviews, hiring new staff and transferring or dismissing seasoned team.<br>11. Attend association meetings to receive the latest information on housing regulations and legislation that affects the industry.<br>12. Continually look to identify further business opportunities through effective lasing with other related businesses and colleagues.<br>13. Plan, recommend and conduct appropriate marketing and selling strategies for individual properties within the budgetary limit<br>14. coordinate meeting time schedule<br>15. Responsible for operating and maintaining real estate properties with the goal of maximizing income and profits.<br><br><br>Requirements<br>• Experience in Real Estate is a must<br>• New Cairo resident is a must<br>• A well awareness of New Cairo area<br>• Communication and negotiation skills<br>• Good in English
