Desired Candidate Profile:

* 2 years of Real Estate Sales experience is a MUST.

* Experienced in Selling OFFPLAN.

* Must be aware of Market strategies and mandatory paperwork.

* Establish and foster strong working relationship with Sales Team and clients.

* Ensure that company standards.

* Protocols and procedures are well implemented to the Sales Consultants.

* Adhere to real estate laws and has a good knowledge in finance, mortgage and related government protocols.

* Should possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills and has ability to work under pressure and solve problems independently.
