<p><strong>E-tax is the digital transformation arm of Ministry of Finance and Egyptian Tax Authority is looking for a Project Manager with</strong> <strong>15+ years of professional experience in software</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Office Location: Smart Village, Giza</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>路 Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.</p><p>路 Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.</p><p>路 Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables.</p><p>路 Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.</p><p>路 Assess current or future customer needs and priorities by communicating directly with customers, conducting surveys, or other methods.</p><p>路 Initiate, review, or approve modifications to project plans.</p><p>路 Schedule and facilitate meetings related to information technology projects.</p><p>路 Direct or coordinate activities of project personnel.</p><p>路 Develop implementation plans that include analyses such as cost-benefit or return on investment (ROI).</p><p>路 Identify need for initial or supplemental project resources.</p><p>路 Develop or update project plans for information technology projects including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.</p><p>路 Perform risk assessments to develop response strategies.</p><p>路 Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.</p><p>路 Identify, review, or select vendors or consultants to meet project needs.</p><p>路 Develop and manage annual budgets for information technology projects.</p><p>路 Establish and execute a project communication plan.</p><p>路 Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) of information technology projects.</p><p>路 Monitor the performance of project team members, providing and documenting performance feedback.</p><p>路 Coordinate recruitment or selection of project personnel.</p><p>路 Assign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to project personnel.</p><p>路 Negotiate with project stakeholders or suppliers to obtain resources or materials.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Years of Experience: 10-15 Years of experience working in financial systems implementation, Software implementations, Digital payment solutions Projects, at least 5 years Projects manager position.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Knowledge:</strong></p><ul><li>Projects Management Certification (PMP / Prince 2)</li><li>Knowledge and hands on experience in Agile methodology.</li><li>Financial systems structure, integration, and architecture.</li></ul><p><strong>Technology Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Analytical software</li><li>Application server software</li><li>Calendar and scheduling software</li><li>Data base management system software</li><li>Project management software</li><li>Financial Management Software</li></ul><p><strong>Personal Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Presentation</li><li>Communication</li><li>Negotiation</li><li>Analytical Thinking</li><li>Details oriented.</li><li>Time Management.</li></ul>
