<p><strong><u>Summary</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>The Senior Project Manager is responsible for coordination and completion of projects on time within the budget and scope. The position will oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of projects and reports to senior management.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Assist the Head of Transformation Management Office with the formulation of division/department-level Strategy Maps, Strategy Implementation Plans, and KPIs.</li><li>Lead projects throughout the project life cycle and effectively interact with multiple stakeholders (Product Owners, Product Managers, Subject Matter Experts, Operations, Legal/Compliance and Technology teams).</li><li>Create and maintain the project schedule/project plan by working with core team members to provide input on key tasks, milestones, and dependencies.</li><li>Create and maintain a consolidated list of concerns and risks and review them with the project team on a recurring basis to help drive to closure. Escalate items as appropriate.</li><li>Schedule and lead meaningful project status meetings including previous accomplishments, upcoming activities, issues/risks, financial information, and any change requests. Highlight risks to delivery.</li><li>Conduct effective facilitation sessions with multiple stakeholders to aggressively drive projects forward.</li><li>Conduct periodic reviews on strategic and priority programs for being executed consistently &amp; timely within the portfolio’s scope for delivery against business plan and future commitments.</li><li>Conduct project performance reviews in terms of timeliness, quality, and adherence to the company’s project management standards.</li><li>Identify learnings from past and current projects and formalize improvement to Project Management standards and templates.</li><li>Focus on enabling stakeholders’ engagement and alignment with plans and priorities.</li><li>Provide periodic, accurate, and complete progress reports to the management on the financial and operational progress of the department and undertaken projects.</li><li>Ensure that the department’s strategic plans are within agreed budgets and timescales.</li><li>Provide leadership and guidance to Project Managers and team members and review outputs on a regular basis.</li><li>Participate in key update meetings for various departments/units.</li><li>Provide input during the evaluation of key business/technical proposals with the objective to align with corporate strategy.</li><li>Provide support to unit stakeholders and assigned project managers in managing projects effectively and assisting in resolving bottlenecks where identified.</li><li>Review risks and mitigation plans for key projects/initiatives.</li><li>Recommend opportunities to impact business performance; including pricing, growth channels, product offerings, and operational improvement.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Knowledge &amp; Skill Requirements</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>7+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in the Financial Services industry</li><li>Experience working as a Project Lead or Business Analyst responsible for leading business change/transformation initiatives.</li><li>Effective and concise communication skills</li><li>Good presentation and interpersonal skills</li><li>Attention to detail and planning and organizing skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Qualification</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor ’s degree/Master’s degree in relevant discipline</li><li>PMP certification</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Experience</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>7 – 10 years of experience with leading banks in Project Management and Strategy</li></ul>
