Senior Project Manager

<p>Connect6 Group is a Canadian based company based in Toronto with an office presence in</p><p>GCC countries. We are looking to add a Project Manager in GCC to work on our AI</p><p>Development Team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading teams to</p><p>deliver projects across multiple business avenues for our AI software. You will plan, organize,</p><p>schedule and coordinate the work for the developers and ensure required results are achieved.</p><p><br></p><p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><p> Research, analyze project elements, define deliverable schedules</p><p> Manage schedules to ensure deadlines are met</p><p> Lead and coordinate project team meetings</p><p> Communicate project status on a daily basis to stakeholders</p><p> Manage all aspects of the development of the program through understanding client</p><p>need from all stakeholders</p><p> Manage priorities effectively and set expectations among all members of the project</p><p>team, including supporting for project completion</p><p> Promote and practice company values in the leadership of staff and in the nurturing of a</p><p>creative, innovative and enjoyable work environment</p><p> Utilize project management best practices</p><p><br></p><p>REQUIREMENTS:</p><p> Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent related qualifications)</p><p> Minimum of 7 years project management experience, with direct responsibility for</p><p>successful delivering AI projects</p><p> Experience with UI, UX, Android and IOS development</p><p> Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to justify budgets to senior</p><p>management, present status to Executive Steering Committees, negotiate contracts with</p><p>external vendors, motivate a project team, conduct market research with competitors,</p><p>and support the team for all elements</p><p> Certification in Project Management (PMP) is required</p><p> Technical knowledge of tools used in Project Management such as Microsoft Project and</p><p>Microsoft Office</p><p> Proven track record in delivering complex projects on time, on budget with high quality</p><p>results, including strong positive references from recent customers/project sponsors</p><p> Strongly desirable to have proven experience with AI software development projects,</p><p>public sector projects, and projects involving work with resources and teams from</p><p>multiple companies</p><p> Ability to effectively pull together cross-functional resources in an effort to deliver beyond</p><p>the expectations of the customer</p><p><br></p><p>BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS:</p><p> Resourceful, flexible and creative problem solver</p><p> Sales/growth mindset</p><p> Team player</p><p> Great interpersonal &amp;amp; communicative nature</p><p> Great emotional quotient</p><p><br></p><p>WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU:</p><p>● Be a part of a new up and coming AI-first solution-based IT company</p><p>● Become the leader of our growing team</p><p>● Be an innovative market disruptor</p><p>● Anticipated start date is Mid-June, 2023</p><p>● Compensation will be based on experience</p><p><br></p><p><span>Connect6 Group welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
