The project is set to elevate Saudi Arabia’s tourism industry by attracting discerning travelers from around the world seeking exclusive experiences, unrivaled luxury, and a deep connection with nature. It represents a significant step towards diversifying the country’s economy and establishing Saudi Arabia as a leading global tourism destination. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring successful delivery, client satisfaction, and adherence to quality standards. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality designs that align with Jacobs’ values of safety, sustainability, innovation, and excellence.<p><br></p>In addition to the above, your duties will be the following<p><br></p><ul><li> Develop and manage project budgets, resources, and schedules effectively. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to optimize project performance and ensure successful project outcomes.</li><li> Collaborate with project managers to establish clear design objectives, deliverables, and milestones.</li><li> Conduct design reviews to assess progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.</li><li> Manage the design process from conception to completion, adhering to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.</li><li> Provide strategic direction and design leadership for projects, ensuring alignment with Jacobs values and standards.</li><li> Embody safety in all aspects of project management. Promote a safety-first culture, proactively identifying and mitigating potential safety hazards.</li><li> Foster a culture of innovation within the project team, encouraging design methodologies, and sustainable practices to deliver creative and forward-thinking architectural solutions.</li><li> Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, goals, and objectives.</li><li> Provide exceptional client service, anticipating their needs, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li> Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, MEP Engineers, Structural Engineers and consultants.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Here’s What You’ll Need</strong><p><br></p>As a successful candidate you will have a BS or MS degree in Architecture or Engineering, from a recognized university, with hands on experience on Mega projects. You will ideally have experience from the Middle East in the capacity of a Senior Project Manager. It is important that you can demonstrate a strong knowledge of recognized design management control principles, with the ability to motivate others and work to tight deadlines. You will have excellent client management skills and have the capacity to work with and lead diverse teams when under pressure whilst always being commercially savvy, in what is considered a rapidly changing sector. An internationally recognized professional registrations would be a plus.<p><br></p>Jacobs.
