<p><strong>Paris Society International</strong> is the global arm of the renowned French hospitality leader, Paris Society. With more than 60 destinations, Paris Society, founded in 2008 by Laurent de Gourcuff, is a key player in French hospitality industry.</p><p>The aspiration of Paris Society International is to take the ultimate global market leading position within ultra- premium and lifestyle dining. Our immediate ambitions include market entries in Dubai, Continental Europe, GCC and USA.</p><p><br></p><p>We are currently looking for an entrepreneurial minded Senior Project Manager, with previous experience in F&B, hospitality, architecture or engineering firm, adaptable and to be based in our Dubai offices.</p><p>Success factors for this role include the ability to manage the full spectrum of several projects with our team, including technical, construction, contractors for interior fit-out and designers. Some of our venues are unique so previous experience to renovate, adapt or transform historical premises would be a plus.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key scope</strong></p><ul><li>This role will lead the execution of owned and licensed new projects openings for Paris Society International, the majority of which being existing brands projected into new sites/developments</li><li>Active from development phase (development opportunities feasibility study) to opening for trade, you will overtake the responsibility of the project’s Timeline and Budget, Resource allocation, Brand compliance during project phase and Quality of builds, as well as the formal handover of premises to Operations</li><li>Throughout the development and opening process, you will produce qualitative reporting to stakeholders, using the appropriate tools and procedures applied to PSI Project Management department</li><li>Your main responsibility is to ensure that all new projects of PSI, owned or licensed, are coordinated with the broader project committee composed of internal resources (PSI Project and Executive management, PSI Department/Business units Directors, PS Brand management) in a timely and financially controlled manner</li><li>Additionally, you will be intimately involved in the openings of the projects you have coordinated, providing the best possible assistance to administrative and operating teams to ensure smooth start of trading and provide formal financial and technical project closing report</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Higher level of education and min. 5 years market leading profile sector experience</li><li>A proven track record in project management leadership position or the equivalent</li><li>Experience within F&B, Hospitality, Architecture or Engineering firm, with relevant quality standards</li><li>Experience of project execution in the Middle East is a plus</li><li>Extraordinary leadership, communication and analytical skills and ability to see the bigger picture and prioritise accordingly</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and adhere to performance target</li><li>Hands-on, problem solving and curious mindset</li><li>Fluent written and spoken English</li></ul><p><br></p><p>This position is based in Dubai, and travel is expected.</p><p>If you are interested, please email your CV to Anne Isabelle Sam at: </p><p>ai.sam@paris-society.com</p><p><br></p><p>Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
