This includes initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing of customer projects/programs. Under section head supervision this position confirms customer requirements, which includes drawings, specifications, job site requirements, bill of material alignment with specifications & clarify exceptions. Manages complete job process from order preparation, thru manufacturing release, product shipment, post shipment support.<p><br></p><strong>Your Role – Magic happens when you bring great people together!</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Line Management of Team Lead and Application Engineers. Motivate, develop and evaluate assigned personnel.</li><li>Develop and action strategic development plans covering resource provision and development, Practice, procedure, process, and tools. Performance and standards improvement.</li><li>Monitor and act on industry trends and apply “best in class” practice and procedures to improve the performance of the Engineering function.</li><li>Evaluate current and future workload and proactively work to optimize resource assignment.</li><li> Keep abreast of industry trends in technology, engineering methodology and design tools. Be aware of the development of existing and new Invensys hardware and software products.</li><li> Develop and implement group-training plans. Production and maintenance of competency and skill matrix.</li><li> Assisting in project statement of work developing including technical, identify project scope, project constraints and customer expectations, major risks.</li><li> Provide technical & commercial offers after understanding & interpreting customer specifications/drawings.</li><li> Understands, analyzes, documents, and communicates contractual, technical, and commercial terms and conditions relative to the company standard.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong><p><br></p><strong>About You:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree of Electrical Engineering or similar </li><li>5-7 years of experience required in automation field</li><li>Experience & Knowledge in Foxboro DCS & Foxboro Triconex</li><li>Fluent English language skills (verbal & written) </li><li>Analytical and problem-solving skills Professional user of Microsoft Office</li><li>Adhering to the principals & values and willingness to learn </li><li>Good communication & leadership skills. </li><li>Time management and ability of managing parallel tasking. </li><li>High commitment & Self-oriented</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Schedule: </strong>Full-time<p><br></p><strong>Req: </strong>008GLS
