The Opportunity

This opportunity is to be involved in a major mixed-use development, in Riyadh.

Project: The programme consists of over 200 projects including cultural and heritage assets, F&B, retail and hotels, commercial buildings, and educational facilities.

We are currently looking for a trend and senior project controls – change lead to work within a PMO/project controls team. The change manager will be responsible for governance, quality assurance and controlling the baseline change control process across the programme.

Proactive management of change is essential to ensure that the quality-assured change process is administered and approved in a timely manner to ensure robust cost and time integration.

The senior project controls – change lead will report to the PMO commercial lead, and interface with the PMO planning lead and PMO project controls lead.

Your responsibilities will include:

β€’ Applying a structured methodology to track and report change across a major programme (130+ projects).
β€’ Supporting the roll-out of the change management procedure across all stages of delivery through the supply chain.
β€’ Supporting the client and PMC project control teams in managing the change control process against the cost and schedule baselines.
β€’ Advising the PMO and client leadership team as to the status of change, the blockers and action holders.
β€’ Developing and maturing the client change management system processes and procedures, guidance and templates.
β€’ Coordinating changes within the PMO, to ensure that cost, schedule and controls are reported consistently.
β€’ Identifying, evaluating, and preparing risk mitigation measures.
