As a Senior Professional Education Specialist, you will be responsible of developing and leading the execution of the education programs for stakeholders (e.g., Healthcare Providers (HCPs) in EEMEA Region.<p><br></p><u>Preferred locations of the profile:</u><p><br></p>Prague – Czech Republic<p><br></p>Dubai – UAE<p><br></p>Athens – Greece<p><br></p><u><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></u><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop training content and tools to increase competencies of technical content for internal (e.g., team members) and external stakeholders (e.g., HCPs)</li><li>Deliver programs intended to maximize product/procedural outcomes</li><li>Support ad hoc analysis and access new training methodologies as incorporated into product launches as appropriate</li><li>Measure effectiveness of educational tools, resources and programs (e.g., post-meeting survey instruments, clinical field feedback and KOL review develop plan to address concerns)</li><li>Other incidental duties</li></ul><p><br></p><u><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></u><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in in related field , 3-5 Years years experience of previous related experience Required</li></ul><p><br></p><u><strong>Additional Skills:</strong></u><p><br></p><ul><li>Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills</li><li>Moderate knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures and guidelines relevant to professional education</li><li>Moderate understanding of related aspects of structure heart disease</li><li>Moderate understanding and knowledge of medical device technology</li><li>Moderate understanding of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements</li><li>Strict attention to detail</li><li>Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels</li><li>Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment</li><li>Ability to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and representing the organization on specific projects</li><li>Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships</li><li>Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health &amp; Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What is it like to work at Edwards Lifesciences in the Czech Republic? </strong> <p><br></p>As a global leader in patient-focused medical innovations, we offer rewarding opportunities and exciting challenges in a truly international, dynamic and friendly work environment.<p><br></p>We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment where all employees can grow, personally and professionally.
