In the Jordan entity alone, the company has approximately 170 employees – and increasing.</p><br><p> </p><br><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><br><ul><br><li>Assess new instruments and markets, and define the probable risks involved with adding them to our platform.</li><br><li>check and follow up with sales, TESE and CS about news, corporate events, margin change, new instrument and determine the implementations on the clients’ accounts accordingly.</li><br><li>Follow up with the liquidity provided on the services they provide us including adding instruments, changing the margin, transactions, etc.</li><br><li>Check the customer service inquiry and clients’ complaints.</li><br><li>Work on Risk Management software and analyze data and develop it efficiently.</li><br><li>Prepare and update new offers.</li><br><li>Working with legal and CS on legal documents and terms &amp; conditions.</li><br><li>Prepare risk management announcements (new instrument, margin change, instrument halted, etc.).</li><br><li>Follow up with LPS, Country managers, Risk system and new features.</li><br></ul><br><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><br><ul><br><li>Bachelor’s degree in economics, or relevant major.</li><br><li>3 – 10 Years of experience in relevant position.</li><br><li>Very Good spoken and written Arabic and English languages.</li><br><li>Excellent and effective Leadership and Communication Skills.</li></ul>
