As a member of our Product Management team, your deep expertise in understanding the intricacies of money movement between merchant platforms and payment processing partners, such as payment gateways, processors, acquirers, networks, and issuers, will be instrumental in generating innovative ideas, advocating for change, and driving cost efficiencies across our platform. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our global payment and shopping platform.<p><br></p>We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with previous experience in credit management, preferably in BNPL/ micro credits and will help build new features, processes and flows, whilst improving our product’s experience for our customers.<p><br></p>Joining our dynamic ecosystem, you’ll collaborate with talented engineers, designers, analysts, and other cross-functional team members. Together, we will define and execute product strategies, leverage data-driven insights, and deliver exceptional value to thousands of our merchant partners and millions of customers.<p><br></p>A Typical Day <p><br></p><ul><li>Developing and executing a comprehensive credit risk strategy that balances risk and reward to optimize the organization’s credit portfolio. </li><li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop credit risk products and services that meet the needs of the company and its customers. </li><li>Conducting ongoing risk assessments to evaluate the creditworthiness of new and existing customers and identifying areas for improvement. </li><li>Collaborate with data scientists to develop credit scoring models that accurately assess the credit risk of customers and implement them. </li><li>Ensuring that credit risk management practices are in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. </li><li>Developing clear and effective communication strategies to keep customers informed about credit risk management practices and how they can improve their creditworthiness. </li><li>Providing training and education to employees, customers, and other stakeholders to increase awareness of credit risk and credit management practices. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Your Expertise </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> You have 5+ years of product management experience, including relevant product experience in credit risk management</li><li> You are a problem solver. You have the ability to break down a problem, deeply think about potential solutions, and execute on a solution in a structured and an efficient way</li><li> You are a people person with experience working in diverse, high-performing teams. </li><li> Best-in-class communicator, down, up, and across; confident and competent in situations with senior stakeholders</li><li> You are proficient in pulling and analyzing data, putting together expected outcomes for features, and running A/B tests</li><li> Solid understanding of the market, supporting disciplines, and the core competencies of product management</li><li> Knowledge of Payment industry &amp; Payment methods in the EMEA region</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Enabling Flexibility </strong><p><br></p>At Tamara, we believe that work is not just a physical location, but an integral part of your life.
