As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design of our SaaS products and features, from research and ideation to final delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing, to understand user needs, conduct user research, and create elegant and user-centered designs. Working as a Senior Product Designer required a background in designing Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms, Real Estate portals, and data analytics platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of new products and features, from research and ideation to final delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, conduct user research, and create user-centered journeys.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Conduct usability testing to validate design solutions and gather feedback.
  • Support product growth strategies by enhancing feature design for product-led growth.
  • Communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders and team members.
  • Stay current with design trends and industry developments, and incorporate them into your work.
  • Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all designs.

Requirements Preferred Certifications:

Bachelors and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science or other suitable majors.

  • Software Development.
  • Exposure to ERP systems (such as Zoho).

Software Knowledge Required:

  • Hands-on experience in Product Design, with a focus on UX.
  • A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates experience designing for SaaS platforms, Real Estate portals, and data analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, In Vision, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Demonstrated skill in leading design projects and working with cross-functional teams.
