JASARA PMC, a joint venture between Public Investment Fund, Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, is hiring a Senior Procurement Specialist for their Civil Engineering industry. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on the delivery of Social Infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia and make an impact on the Kingdom’s progress towards Vision 2030. As a Senior Procurement Specialist, you will play an essential role in identifying and selecting suppliers and negotiating contracts, enhancing the efficiency and delivery of the program.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement plans and policies that align with the company’s objectives.
  • Lead the procurement process from start to finish, including identifying potential suppliers, evaluating proposals, and selecting those that offer the best value.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop scopes of work and procurement specifications that meet program objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements that ensure the best possible terms and conditions for the company.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring they understand the company’s needs and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of all procurement activities.
  • Ensure that procurement activities are performed in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures.
