Senior Procurement Specialist

<p>Provide world class advisory and enhancement services for all of Procurement business processes &amp; Procurement categories, in order to keep up with SAUDIA transformation program “SHINE”</p><p>• Work closely with SAUDIA Procurement in handling major RFP projects and complex contracts</p><p>• Develop Procurement staff’s analytical skills, and spend analysis capabilities</p><p>• Overall Procurement staff guidance and transfer of knowledge</p><p>• Provide Procurement staff with required guidance and knowledge in areas such as; product categorization, identifying industries, market research, supplier management, negotiations, contracts, risk assessment, building and monitoring KPIs, supply chain, logistics and warehousing</p><p><br></p><p>3.1 On-site deployment of resources</p><p>All consultants serving the SAUDIA account must be permanently based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Minimum team structure to service account under retainer:</p><p>- Procurement &amp; Supply Chain consultation team structure:</p><p>- Procurement &amp; Supply Chain Consultants, divided into the following disciplines/specialties:</p><p><br></p><p>Procurement discipline/specialty</p><p>Special skills/requirements Required level of engagement</p><p>- Procurement and supply chain (CIPS, MCIPS) / Certification of Experience High</p><p>- Procurement of Hotel Agreements &amp; Related Services Related Certification / Certification of Experience High</p><p>- Procurement of Ground Handling Services Related Certification / Certification of Experience High</p><p>- Vendor Management (Procurement Disciplined) Related Certification / Certification of Experience High</p><p>- Commercial Services (Procurement) Commercial Services Contracts’ Professional</p><p>Certification / Good legal background High</p><p>- Project Management (Procurement) PMP certification or higher / Certification of</p><p>Experience High</p><p>- Procurement of IT Services and Equipment Related Certification / Certification of Experience High</p><p>Certification / Certification of Experience High</p><p>All above stated consultants must also possess the following:</p><p> 10 + years overall experience in Procurement &amp; Supply Chain</p><p> Certification related to their area of expertise/disciplines/specialties</p><p> Excellent analytical skills</p><p> High communication and presentation skills</p><p> Advanced command of MS Office tools (especially with Excel and PowerPoint)</p><p> English language proficiency, and having Arabic will be of added value</p><p> Experience using SAP MM</p><p> SAP ARIBA Knowledge is preferable</p><p> Airline Experience is highly favorable</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>B. Minimum Supply Chain (Warehousing &amp; Logistics) consultation team structure:</p><p>• Supply Chain (Warehousing &amp; Logistics) Consultant – Engagement level (High)</p><p>Must possess the following:</p><p> 10 + years overall experience in Airline Warehousing &amp; Logistics</p><p> Material &amp; Warehouse management, holding one of the following certification (CPSM, CSCP, CSCM or SCPro)</p><p> Management of (aircraft on-board) material &amp; routable items</p><p> Excellent analytical skills</p><p> High communication and presentation skills</p><p> Advanced command of MS Office tools (especially with Excel and PowerPoint)</p><p> English language proficiency, and having Arabic will be of added value</p><p> High communication and presentation skills (EN)</p><p> SAP MM / WM &amp; MRP</p><p> SAP ARIBA Knowledge is preferable</p><p><br></p>
