<strong>Role Purpose</strong><p><br></p>To generate, manage, and deliver the timely, accurate and consistent input of purchase requisition/ order entry for TONOMOUS, becoming ambassadors for the TONOMOUS procurement organization. Acting as a key user, this role will be responsible for delivering service excellence, achieving the highest quality and performance standards in accordance with procurement policies and procedures.<p><br></p><strong>Key Accountabilities &amp; Activities</strong><p><br></p>Planning and Strategy<p><br></p><ul><li>Develop a service first approach to support stakeholders understanding of the requirements and steps needed to create high quality, accurate and consistent data entry into TONOMOUS’s back office systems</li><li>Facilitate the purchase requisition and order management process input data collection</li><li>Proactively collaborate and coordinate with internal TONOMOUS stakeholders /clients to achieve TONOMOU business goals</li><li>Reduce cycle time of the end-to-end process</li><li>Perform ‘quality control’ function and drive continuous improvement in quality, efficiency and cost effectiveness through a comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end process</li><li>Assist in the development of refreshed standards, controls and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the budget and order management process</li><li>Monitor, track and report order entry status, potential issues and risks. Mitigate issues and risks where possible.</li></ul><p><br></p>People Management<p><br></p><ul><li>Acting as a business partner, become the key user point of contract for Procurement Operations for allocated the TONOMOUS BU</li><li>Maintain a culture of service, guidance and high performance within TONOMOUS</li><li>Take individual responsibility, in collaboration with Senior Procurement Operations Manager, for building and delivering a service excellence</li><li>Participate in setting performance targets and identify ideas/ opportunity for improvements</li><li>Communicate extensively to share process and governance knowledge with internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Report monthly performance; evaluate, recommend and develop improvements to contribute to TONOMOUS’s procurement objectives</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Background, Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>5 plus years of procurement operational experience in an enterprise ERP environment, working across a matrix organization, and familiar with multiple legal entities, currencies and chart of accounts complexities.</li><li>Strong business processes and practice knowledge. Functional and technical knowledge of the budget, supplier registration, sourcing, commerce and catalogue automation, order management and pay processes.</li><li>Experience with SAP Ariba tools / s/4HANA systems highly preferred.</li><li>Very good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills, supported by strong communication skills to act as an advocate for TONOMOUS Procurement.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or other equivalent procurement/ management qualification</li></ul>
