  • Drafting of all process drawings including but not limited to PFD, UFD, P&ID’s, Block flow diagrams, etc.
  • Pre-bid drawing estimates.
  • Site surveys and process drawing verification (as-building).
  • Supervising, coordinating and training of process designers.
  • Coordinating process drafting work by other designers.
  • Ensuring drawing quality and maintaining quality records.
  • Filing and maintaining drawings and drawing register.
  • Experience of internal audits will be an added advantage.
  • Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the CSG, etc
  • Safety – Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for the CSG, etc. Understand and follow OH&S procedures.
  • Minimum 10 years in the field of oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical process drawing drafting/design. Preference
  • will be given for candidates with experience in ISO 9001 certified Middle East engineering consultancy companies.
  • Experience in AUTOCAD 2D, AUTOPLANT, PDMS, PDS, Microstation, MS Office is a must.
  • Independently able to produce process drawings using company or client drawing standards.
  • Experience in preparing line lists, equipment list, drawing and document lists.
  • Good working knowledge of manual drawing conversion tools (raster or vector) and editing in cadding software.
  • Familiarity with all process related engineering activities.
  • Dynamic and enthusiastic approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrated performance as a team leader.
  • A practical hands on approach is required.
