Job Summary
Our Client in the FMCG Field, Food and Beverage Production. Manufactering.
Job Description:
- Oversee the production plan according to the sales plan.
- Develop production plan, budget, and timelines according to production specifications.
- Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications.
- Plan workflow and schedules for production departments.
- Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
- Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation activities.
- Material requirement planning and following up with material and procurement teams.
- Balancing demand and supply plans and avoiding excess or shortage.
- Regular communication with all suppliers to follow up on material status or plan updates.
- Follow up plan completion and interfering to get over any obstacles
- follow up Logistics Operation ( Material & Shipping operation )
- KPI recognition and achievement.
- Preparing daily/weekly/monthly meetings and formulating required reports.
- Draft and suggest the improvement of the manufacturing processes and standards to raise the efficiency rate of the products.
- Prepare and send periodical manufacturing reports and performance analysis that reflects the work progress summary to the management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or other relevant fields
- Previous experience planning in an FMCG factory
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a demand planning/forecasting role. , MRP, production
- Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
- Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
- Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
