<strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Liaise with the team of professional planners and supports Project Controls Lead in all Upstream reporting and management.</li><li>Liaise closely with the Project Management team for day-to-day tasks and requirements.</li><li>You have considerable Planning &amp; Scheduling experience showing clear career progression in the planning field through working either client side or for a consultancy.</li><li>You will have experience in dealing with clients on daily basis in high pressure environments.</li><li>Project Planning and Scheduling</li><li>Assist in managing logic networks based on critical path (P6)</li><li>Assist in the development and preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports &amp; dashboards to the client</li><li>Assist in managing logic networks based on critical path (P6)</li><li>Assist in the development and preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports &amp; dashboards to the client</li><li>Assist in the updating of the Baseline Schedule, including executive summary report</li><li>Identify bottleneck areas and alerting management as well as develop solutions</li><li>Assist in the development of weekly snap shots as required by the client</li><li>Attend meetings with the client and owner and provide information to team members regarding new direction or updated information</li><li>Developing the appropriate systems and procedures to deliver services to client</li><li>Be a team Leader to ensure all deliverables are submitted in a timely fashion</li><li>Review and sign off on all deliverables prior to submission to owner &amp; client</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Must have an undergraduate Civil engineering degree from a reputable university.</li><li>Must possess (minimum) 12 years of total experience and 8 years UAE experience.</li><li>Client-side experience managing PMC’s, LDC’s Cost Consultants and other stakeholders.
