As a Senior Partner Manager, the candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key partners including building the strategy for the portfolio, key partners acquisition, supporting them during their onboarding and launch, helping them grow their business on Cenomi, as well as managing a small team of Partner Managers and supporting the business in key projects
Key job responsibilities:
- Build the strategy of the portfolio, including key leads, financial goals, and assortment planning
- Achieve business and financial objectives and drive the growth of Cenomi in selected categories
- Identify opportunities to improve the business for all partners through scalable solutions and manage their implementations
- Develop long-term relationships with partners, supporting them in the integration of their offers and the development of ambitious goals for future growth prospects.
- Conduct deep dives to understand the root causes of business performance and actions to accelerate growth
- Conduct strategic meetings every season with your partners to align the companyβs objectives, assortment focus, activations and marketing activities
- Identify and manage projects to improve customer and partner experience, working closely with internal and external teams
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor degree
- 6+ years of Account Manager experience in the fashion e-commerce space
- Strong Excel Skills
- SQL knowledge is a plus
- Highly analytical
- General retail skills and business acumen
- Strong project management skills
- Good strategic mindset
- Experience managing people
- Proactive and solution focused
- Strong problem solving skills
