Senior Organization Development Specialist<p><br></p>Al Ayuni Investment and Contracting Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Organization Development Specialist to join our Human Capital Management (HCM) department. As a Senior Organization Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Lead the design, development, and implementation of organization-wide talent development programs and initiatives.</li><li>Partner with key stakeholders to identify and address organizational development needs.</li><li>Conduct thorough needs assessments and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Design and deliver training programs to enhance leadership and management capabilities.</li><li>Facilitate team-building activities and workshops to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.</li><li>Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on performance management and career development.</li><li>Collaborate with HR Business Partners to ensure alignment of organization development initiatives with overall HR strategy.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in organization development and talent management.</li></ul><p><br></p>Job Requirements: Senior Organization Development Specialist<p><br></p>Al Ayuni Investment and Contracting Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Organization Development Specialist to join our Human Capital Management (HCM) department. As a Senior Organization Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving organizational effectiveness and supporting our company’s growth and development.<p><br></p><ul><li>preferred holding CIPD Level 5 or SHRM certification.</li><li>Demonstrate a strong understanding of organization development principles and practices</li><li>Have a proven track record of successfully implementing organization development initiatives</li><li>Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization</li><li>Have exceptional project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Show a high level of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced and dynamic environment</li><li>Exhibit strong leadership qualities and the ability to influence and inspire others</li><li>Be proficient in using relevant software and tools for organization development</li><li>Have a continuous learning mindset and stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in organization development</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in organization development or a related field</li><li>Hold a bachelor’s degree Human Resources in a relevant field</li></ul><p><br></p>If you do not meet the specified certification requirement (CIPD Level 5 or SHRM), we kindly request that you do not apply for this position.
