Senior Oracle Developer
Job Description
<p>We are currently looking for a skilled and well-experienced <strong>Sr. Oracle Developer</strong> to join our IT team.</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate is someone who’s capable to perform and lead the below responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Maintain native Oracle Apps modules and develop customizations based on business needs.</li><li>Participate in business requirements analysis to identify most appropriate solutions.</li><li>Periodically assess current Oracle Applications performance and security vulnerabilities, and propose adequate corrective actions and enhancements.</li><li>Develop new Oracle apps IT systems and applications and initiatives to support and improve existing systems and business processes.</li><li>Design, develop or modify software solutions that answer business requirements.</li><li>Build and maintain software solutions and services, while measuring, monitoring and ensuring security, availability, latency, performance and overall system health.</li><li>Coordinate relationship with external consultants to ensure outsourced systems and applications development and programming are delivered on-time and as per the requirements.</li><li>Conduct and coordinate testing sessions to ensure that developed tools are properly working and consistent with defined needs.</li><li>Write technical procedures and documentation for the company’s new and existing systems including operations, user guide, etc.</li><li>Ensure on time delivery of the requirements meeting high security, performance and quality standards.</li><li>Investigate and resolve application functionality related issues and provide support and troubleshooting.</li><li>Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed tools at all times.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><u>Qualifications:</u></p><p>Min. 5 years of experience in similar position</p><p>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field</p><p>OCP Certification is a plus</p><p>Strong knowledge of Oracle Forms and Reports Builders</p><p>Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL programming languages</p><p>Familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite</p><p>Excellent commands of English and Arabic, French is a plus</p>
