We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Valet Operations Specialist to manage, enhance and drive excellence in our valet operations.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Job Description:</u></strong></p><p>As a Senior Valet Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our valet services, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and compliance with our quality standards.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;Manage valet parking operations, including staff scheduling, managing resources, and tracking performance metrics</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Handle any escalated customer service issues or conflicts professionally</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Implement processes and strategies to improve the quality of service, productivity, and profitability</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Liaise with relevant parties including property management teams, clients, and customers</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide training, coaching, and feedback to team members to ensure a high level of service</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Minimum Qualifications &amp; Experience:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a valet parking management role&nbsp;</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for providing a great experience</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong communication and interpersonal skills</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Must have a valid driver’s license&nbsp;</p><p>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proven leadership skills with experience in staff management and team motivation</p><p><br></p><p>If you are a committed professional with a passion for delivering unparalleled service, we would like to hear from you.
