Contract type<p><br></p>Permanent<p><br></p>Full time / part time<p><br></p>Full time<p><br></p>Department<p><br></p>Property Management<p><br></p>Location<p><br></p>Cairo, Egypt<p><br></p>Role / Team Overview<p><br></p><strong> The Role </strong><p><br></p>A full time Senior Operations Executive focusing on the management of the property’s operational aspects within the Property and Facilities Management department.<p><br></p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Coordinate and manage all activities of the operational subcontractors (security, cleaning, fire, pest control, landscaping and others)</li><li>cooperate with other departments (e.g. financial , marketing, technic )</li><li>Liaise with tenants, to manage their ongoing operational and technical requests</li><li>Manage the operational part of service charge budget and prepare recommendations for improvement</li><li>Provide operational data , analysis as required to by Department Head</li><li>Manage proper handovers of the Units and any systems from or to Tenants and other users, and contractors</li><li>Manage all ongoing operational issues to ensure smooth and continuous operations of the property</li><li>Controlling &amp; ensuring tenants compliance with provisions of their leases e.g User, Building regulation, repair &amp; maintenance, health &amp; safety</li><li>Management of tenants operational “complaints”</li><li>Manage and ensure fulfilment of third-party contractor’s contractual obligations to ensure smooth operation, repairs etc. </li><li>Control of working practices of contractors in the property</li><li>Managing the tendering or re-tendering of any operational service required at the property. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Skills, Knowledge And Experience</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>A minimum of 4 years experience in Facility Management or Operational management. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Skills, Knowledge And Experience</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>A minimum of 4 years experience in Facility Management or Operational management.</li></ul>
