<p><strong><u>Job Description</u></strong></p><ul><li>Responsible to organize and facilitate company’s onboarding procedures for new hires. Recommend on improving the onboarding process. Stay updated with the latest ways to improve the onboarding process.</li><li>Act as a mentor to the new hires.</li><li>Ensure new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware and software. Address queries regarding their contracts and payroll. Coordinate for concern person to ensure registration of the new employees in insurances and benefits. </li><li>Organize orientation sessions for the new employees and conduct sessions to introduce the new employees to the current employees.</li><li>Welcome new employees upon their arrival and give them an office tour plan, Introduce team members and scheduling employee’s training sessions. Prepare onboarding kits for welcoming the new employees. Inform employee with information about the company and position, including work schedules, dress code. Provide new employees with all the necessary information. Inform employees on their first tasks (e.g., which programs to download and how to activate their accounts)</li><li>Collecting candidate experience feedbacks from the new candidates. </li><li>Accountable for preparation of timely submission of various reports i.e., Weekly Tracker, Monthly Tracker, HR MIS reports.</li><li>Work as a team player to assist in achieving the assigned HR goals. Communicate with stakeholder for onboarding status to always enhance onboarding productivity by regular meetings, Liaise and communicate with accommodation team for smooth transition at all-time.</li><li>Maintain tracker for the new employees ATM Cards/Health Insurance/ID Card/licences and resolve related issues when required. Ontime mobility of new hire by providing with all tools and equipment which enable them to take the new role for which they are hired i.e., (Desk, Computer, Mobile Phone and Sim Etc).</li><li>Liaise with internal teams to create personnel files for new employees, provide document and record of employee to filing section of all hiring documentation which are auditable by the internal and external auditors and record complete recruitment and selection cycle document including but not limited to Clearance, Candidate Assessment Sheet, Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Contract of Employment and demand letters for agencies.</li><li>Gather and process paperwork, like contracts and non-disclosure agreements, Job Description and ensure all the compliance documents/forms are signed by the employee and documents for employee file is complete. Ensure compliance with onboarding policy.</li><li>Managing PRO activities and any other task assigned by the Line Manager.</li></ul>
