<p><strong>Main Responsibilities and Duties</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Follow the wallet card delivery requests received by the customers.</li><li>Wallet card delivery performance report </li><li>Follow up the pending cases with our MasterCard issuer</li><li>Monitor the wallet card stock at ZainCash warehouse</li><li>Monthly wallet card sales settlement with Finance department</li><li>Daily check for SLA complaints</li><li>Monthly Refund cases settlement</li><li>Create a survey to evaluate the wallet card delivery performance</li><li>Monthly/Weekly Activation reports for wallet card and digital goods </li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Education and Requirements / Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelorโs degree is a must and preferred in business administration. </li><li>At least 3 years of experience in sales planning and agents management preferred in E Payment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills and Competencies</strong></p><ul><li>Good in MS office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</li><li>Good command of English is a must (written, reading is preferred ) </li><li>Ability to work independently and without supervision </li><li>Well organized and detail-oriented</li><li>Time Management </li><li>Result Focus </li><li>Accountability & Dependability</li></ul>
