Job Description

About the role
– Engage with presales to respond for RFIs and RFPs for any customized solution.
– Day to day management of SolarWinds platform which includes implementation and troubleshooting.
– Testing & Performing SolarWinds Orion platform upgrades.
– Optimizing and enhancing the existing Orion platform and making full use of the functionality can capability of the tool
– Developing custom dashboards and monitors to provide rich and deep monitoring of infrastructure and core applications
– Tailoring alerts to reduce noise and false positives
– Design and implement functional integrated APIs between Orion and customers and OBS eco systems (ie. including ServiceNow, Moogsoft, Splunk, Teams and Exchange)
– Ensuring all assets are added and correctly tagged within SolarWinds Orion
– Regular training and workshops for the IT and business teams.
– Creating technical documentation.
– Other customer related activities as assigned.
