- Build, configure, manage, support, and troubleshoot AWS cloud
infrastructure that support Ministry core systems and other critical applications. Services like: Virtual Private Cloud (VPC),Public and Private Subnets, Security Groups, Target Groups,Route53, Route Tables, Elastic Load Balancer, SES, SNS,WAF, ALB… etc. - Manage and administer Ministry Azure infrastructure and services such as -but not limited to- Microsoft Teams,Exchange Online, Endpoint protection and Azure DefenderATP.
- Administer Microsoft Windows Servers and Active Directory multi-sites deployment and other services such as but not limited to (DHCP, DNS, RADIUS, etc.)
- Design, organize, modify, configure, support, and install all Ministry's computer systems.
- Ensure network connectivity throughout the Authority’s LAN/WAN infrastructure and branches.
- Designs and implement LAN, WAN, Internet, and intranet networks and do network segmentation.
- Configure and deploy network switches in the live enterprise environment.
- Ensures IT operations are properly running, and service requests are executed within the agreed SLA by leading the HelpDesk Technical Resources.
- Establishes standard operating procedures and monitor the HelpDesk staff work performance.
- Manage all tickets’ escalation to different level 3 teams and be responsible for problem resolution.
- Provide on-call support and participate in emergency (24 x 7) support services when required.
Requirements
- Must have a good working experience standing with a not less than Seven (7) years.
- Minimum, bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
- VCP: VMware Certified Professional Data Center Virtualization.
- MCSA: Microsoft Certified Solution Associate.
- CCNA: Cisco Certificate Networking Associate.
- CCNP: Cisco Certified Network Professional Routing and Switching.
The general skills and qualifications required for the Technical Support Expert resources are:
- Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Experience is practicing executing Enterprise Projects for Enterprise organizations.
- Proven analytical and creative problem-solving skills and abilities.
- Proven ability to assess problems and conduct in-depth research for solutions.
- Solid working experience with LAN/WAN networking concepts,configuration, and architecture.
- Solid and proven working experience with systems planning,security principles, and general system and server management best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to network issues, systems issues, enterprise application bottlenecks and infrastructure components issues.
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication and documentation skills.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of Enterprise Environment and authoring of organization wide policies and procedures.
- Positive, highly self-motivated and directed individual and work dependently.
- Proven self-learning abilities and skills.
- Strong ability to adapt, prioritize, plan, and execute tasks in a high-pressure rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents,operating and maintenance instructions and procedure.
- Strong ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
