<ul><li>Be responsible for day-to-day operations with the following assignments:</li><li> Expert in Cisco IP Telephony environment including (IP Phones, IP Phone</li></ul><p><br></p>services, IM &amp; Presence, Unity, Jabber Desktop and Mobile, etc.)<p><br></p><ul><li> Expert in Cisco CMS Telepresence services, meetings, recording, streaming,</li></ul><p><br></p>WebRTC, and high availability<p><br></p><ul><li> Expert in TMS/TMSXE</li><li> Expert in Voice gateways and gatekeepers</li><li> Expert in VCS Expressway C &amp; E</li><li> Expert in videoconferencing telepresence devices implementation and</li></ul><p><br></p>troubleshooting<p><br></p><ul><li> Contributing to project team assignments and providing technical expertise on</li></ul><p><br></p>Collaboration projects, such as detailed designs, Network Collaboration Architecture,<p><br></p>documentation, and implementation plans.<p><br></p><ul><li> Identify development and continuous improvement opportunities related to</li></ul><p><br></p>Network Collaboration.<p><br></p><ul><li> Maintaining Daily Operational Tasks and Incidents</li><li> Evaluating and running proof of concepts for new Network Collaboration</li></ul><p><br></p>technologies and solutions<p><br></p><ul><li> Updating Network Collaboration infrastructure technology and standards.</li><li> Development and presentation of infrastructure communications and</li></ul><p><br></p>collaboration.<p><br></p><ul><li> Deliver innovation reports supporting the collaboration visions leading to</li></ul><p><br></p>adding value<p><br></p><ul><li> Be a Network Collaboration champion and make the most of trends in</li></ul><p><br></p>its future strategy<p><br></p><ul><li> Plan, maintain, implement, and oversee upgrades and changes related to the</li></ul><p><br></p>Network Collaboration infrastructure, engaging all required resources and<p><br></p>departments.<p><br></p><ul><li> Create and maintain Network Collaboration architecture and plans for own area</li></ul><p><br></p>of responsibility<p><br></p><ul><li> Maintain the operational service level agreements, and plans the infrastructure</li></ul><p><br></p>necessary to provide the Network Collaboration services to meet such agreements<p><br></p><ul><li> Update standards, methods, and tools, consistent with Network</li></ul><p><br></p>Collaboration architectures and ensure they are applied effectively and provide<p><br></p>required Training and Knowledge transfers.<p><br></p><ul><li> Develop RFI and RFP technical and functional contents, evaluate technical</li></ul><p><br></p>proposals, study their feasibility, and participate in technology selection<p><br></p><ul><li> Adherence to contractual objectives and consistency, challenging</li></ul><p><br></p>positively as appropriate<p><br></p><ul><li> Ensure that the system design balances functional, service quality, and systems</li></ul><p><br></p>management requirements<p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p>BSc in Electronic &amp; Communication Engineering<p><br></p>CCIE Voice Certification
