<p><strong>We are looking for hire talented media buyer urgently </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Purpose:</strong></p><p>As a media buyer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing media campaigns across various channels. Your expertise in media planning, negotiation, and analysis will contribute to achieving our clients’ marketing goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). You will work closely with the media team, account managers, and clients to develop effective media strategies and ensure successful campaign execution.</p><p><strong>Main Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>1. Media Planning: Collaborate with clients, account managers, and the media team to develop media strategies aligned with clients’ objectives, target audience, and budgets. Conduct market research to identify target audience behavior, media consumption habits, and relevant channels.</p><p>2. Media Buying and Negotiation: Execute media buys across multiple channels, including traditional (TV, radio, print) and digital (social media, display, search, programmatic). Negotiate favorable media rates, placements, and added value opportunities to maximize campaign reach and ROI.</p><p>3. Campaign Execution: Coordinate with internal teams and external media vendors to ensure flawless execution of media campaigns. Manage campaign timelines, ad placements, creative delivery, and tracking implementation.</p><p>4. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor campaign performance and key metrics, such as impressions, reach, frequency, click-through rates, conversions, and cost per acquisition. Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. Make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance.</p><p>5. Budget Management: Manage media budgets and allocations to maximize campaign effectiveness and achieve desired outcomes. Track and report budget utilization, ensuring adherence to client objectives and financial targets.</p><p>6. Vendor and Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with media vendors, negotiate rates and contracts, and stay updated on media industry trends and innovations. Evaluate media proposals and assess their alignment with client goals.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>PERSON SPECIFICATION</strong></p><p>Minimum Education Level:</p><p>β’ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.</p><p>Background Knowledge, Skills & Experience:</p><p>Essential</p><p>1. 5-7 years of proven experience as a Media Buyer or similar role in a marketing agency or media organization.</p><p>2. Work on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.</p><p>3. In-depth knowledge of media planning, buying, and optimization across various channels (traditional and digital).</p><p>4. Familiarity with media research tools, ad-serving platforms, and media analytics.</p><p>5. Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with media vendors.</p><p>6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations.</p><p>7. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.</p><p>8. Proficient in using spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) for budgeting, data analysis, and reporting.</p><p>9. Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate media strategies, recommendations, and campaign results.</p><p>10.
