<p>We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Media Buyer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and other advertising platforms. Your primary focus will be generating targeted traffic and maximizing conversions to meet our marketing objectives.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong>:</p><ul><li>Develop and implement effective paid advertising strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant advertising platforms.</li><li>Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, analyze competitors, and uncover opportunities for campaign optimization.</li><li>Create and manage advertising campaigns, including campaign setup, ad copy creation, audience targeting, and budget allocation.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns based on key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per acquisition (CPA).</li><li>Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging and compelling ad creatives that align with campaign objectives and resonate with the target audience.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement in campaign performance.</li><li>Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimize ad performance, landing pages, and audience targeting.</li><li>Generate regular reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders, highlighting campaign performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong>:</p><ul><li>Proven experience as a Digital Media Buyer or in a similar role, with a track record of successful paid advertising campaigns.</li><li>In-depth knowledge and experience with Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, and other relevant advertising platforms.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.</li><li>Excellent understanding of digital marketing metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.</li><li>Solid understanding of audience targeting, segmentation, and ad placement strategies across various platforms.</li><li>Proficient in managing advertising budgets and allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to overcome challenges and meet campaign objectives.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including creative teams and stakeholders.</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.</li><li>Continuous learning mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in digital advertising.</li></ul><p><em> </em></p>
