<p><strong><u>Tasks & Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Research, prospect and establish leads for new corporate deals.</li><li>Set appointments & meetings with the new prospect partners to present proposals to decision makers and sign partnership contracts if required.</li><li>Organize special events to promote and educate existing & new partners about WHAM services.</li><li>Build lasting relationships with our corporate partners & event’s organizers.</li><li>Coordinating and managing partnership accounts.</li><li>Explore new channels to attract new clients.</li><li>Manage expense budgets related to the implementation and execution of events and activations.</li><li>Search & participate in relevant upcoming events to reach our target segment.</li><li>Plan the content, budget and coordination of each event keeping in mind the requirements of each event.</li><li>Prepare the materials, documents and products needed for all events & activations.</li><li>Submit required reports about events and partnership deals or any reports assigned by the marketing manager.</li><li>Coordinate with the suppliers for the best products and materials price quotations & quality.</li><li>Develop and execute digital content ideas under the supervision of the marketing manager.</li><li>Manage the execution of the digital content with the videographer and social media executive under the supervision of the marketing manager.</li><li>Work as an assistant producer with the videographer to shoot the in-clinic content (managing the clinic booking and the Doctor’s appointments).</li><li>Responsible for mobile video/photo shooting the daily in-clinic content (procedure and doctor).</li><li>Supervise the Marketing Assistant in some of the events and suppliers related tasks.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Job Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Females only could apply.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or any relevant degree.</li><li>3 – 5 years of marketing experience with proven exp. in executing online and offline campaigns.</li><li>Marketing certificate (preferred).</li><li>Excellent written and oral communications and people skills.</li><li>Strong multitasking skills.</li><li>time-management abilities.</li><li>Organized and team player skills.</li><li>Selling skills.</li><li>Content creation.</li><li>Account management. </li><li>Creativity.</li><li>Creative producer.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM).</li></ul>
