Analyze and understand the security needs of the project and its activities. This involves identifying potential and existing threats, risks, and vulnerabilities specific to the project and determining the necessary security controls and measures.
Provide security feedback and input on project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
Responsible for interfacing effectively with multiple entities (Contractors e.g. Piling, Earthworks, Logistics, Construction, the Security Provider, Senior Manager – Site Security) to drive effective physical security solutions to meet NEOM specifications and applicable standards.
Responsible for goal setting: defining specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals that align with the organization’s strategic objectives. These goals provide a clear focus and direction for individual departments and teams within the organization.
Conduct regular security audits and reviews, ensuring they meet the NEOM specifications and applicable standards.
Developing and implementing the security-related Standard Operating Procedures.
Oversee the day-to-day respective Security Provider’s security operations, including physical security, access control, and emergency response protocols.
Coordinate with the respective Security Service Provider, to ensure proper implementation of security policies and procedures.
Support the Security Function with investigating security incidents and breaches, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure adequate staffing levels and appropriate skill sets for the respective Security Provider
Promote a high-performance working environment embracing NEOM’s values.
Provide feedback and support to stakeholders, addressing issues or conflicts in a timely and constructive manner.
Facilitate regular team meetings, status updates, and project reviews.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, such as Construction, Logistics, Contractors and the Security Provider, via Security Services, to ensure conformity of security management plans and NEOM specifications and applicable stadnards.
Ensure clear communication, manage expectations, and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise.
