<strong>Job Description</strong><p><br></p>Senior Project Manager<p><br></p>Support the VP in preparing strategic project management plans, establish project management processes and procedures, manage consultants, resource planning, risk assessment and value engineering and provide leadership to the project team.<p><br></p><ul><li> Single point responsibility for the assigned projects on a time, cost and quality basis</li><li> Control of and responsibility for assigned staff</li><li> Preparation of detailed reports and recommendations to Senior Management</li><li> Preparation and monitoring of programs as required</li><li> Setting up and managing document and check systems</li><li> Reviewing Contractor program submittals and commenting upon technical and practical competence and fitness for purpose</li><li> Participating in and coordinating value engineering and risk analysis reviews and making recommendation to management.</li><li> Reviewing competence of companies being Nominated with regard to planning abilities</li><li> Reviewing Tender documents and reporting deficiencies/recommendations</li><li> Tender reviews and preparation of report</li><li> Discussion and liaison with Consultants and third parties.</li><li> Monitoring design progress and adequacy and development of tracking documentation<br><br></li></ul>
