<strong>Job Description</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Build close relationships with the business by obtaining an understanding of their processes, strategy and holistic system needs and communicate how the information technology group can better support them. </li><li> Work with CIO and leadership team to engage in proactive technology solutions, establish and manage strategic direction for delivering objectives. </li><li> Identify, articulate, and champion the strategic technology improvements that will enhance business performance and collaboratively define the IT capability roadmap </li><li> Possess a strong understanding of the business environment, market dynamics, and the ability to leverage technology to drive business value and growth. </li><li> Drive strategic and operational initiatives to improve customer experience, and enhance sales through effective IT enablement. </li><li> Advocate business requests to the IT org to ensure requests are prioritized correctly and that the IT org is focusing on items that add the most value to the enterprise. </li><li> Effectively bridge the gap between technology and business by clearly communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li></ul>
