Your work will have a direct impact on billions of people around the world – helping unlock financial access to enable the future of money movement.<p><br></p><strong>Join Visa: A Network Working for Everyone.</strong><p><br></p><strong>Job Description</strong><p><br></p>The role of “Senior Manager for Digital Marketing & Agencies Management” is a specialist marketing position in Visa’s NALP Marketing organization that will be responsible for managing and implementing Visa’s digital marketing campaigns for North Africa, Levant & Pakistan geographies by effectively structuring & managing our agency partners. The candidate is to support the NALP marketing country leads and to work in sync with specialist marketing team members to help them drive development & execution of Visa brand, product, promotional, & client marketing campaigns. This is a pivotal role ensuring effectiveness of marketing strategy with the goal of achieving Visa’s business and brand objectives in this critical geographical cluster.<p><br></p>This role reports to the Senior Marketing Director for North Africa, Levant, & Pakistan.<p><br></p><strong>Summary Of Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop & deploy NALP digital strategy in NALP in sync with team priorities & campaigns/ cross-functional calendars. </li><li>Jointly work with Brand marketing team to deliver brand campaigns with digital- first approach. </li><li>Effectively manage Visa’s agency partner structure, resources & tools to support the NALP team deliver its objectives: agency partners include media, creative, digital & BTL agencies. </li><li>Develop agency resource exchange program with Visa to support growth of client marketing programs and projects. </li><li>Support client digital campaigns with digital expertise and know-how to identify best practices and media recommendations that drive client objectives. </li><li>Partner with CEMEA Hub sourcing & marketing teams to ensure efficiencies and optimizing on scale. </li><li>Establish strong partnerships with internal marketing teams to assist in the delivery of marketing initiatives within the geographies. </li><li>Effectively manage all stakeholders responsible for the successful implementation of digital campaign activity including agencies, suppliers, merchants, clients, and/or others as appropriate. </li><li>Manage NALP budget spend related to projects being handled while ensuring timely spend. </li></ul><p><br></p>This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.<p><br></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><p><br></p>The successful candidate should have significant work experience in a multinational with a combination of strengths in strategic oversight and executional excellence. He/she should also have significant experience in digital marketing & agency management with strong negation skills and bias towards delivering successful domestic and/or international marketing programs.<p><br></p>Key Competencies<p><br></p><ul><li>Demonstrated track record in digital marketing across different platforms: social, TikTok, Google, programmatic, gaming & music platforms, influencer marketing, geo- targeted marketing, digital marketing tools, etc. </li><li>Up to speed on digital best practices with thorough understanding of how to maximize impact when marketing on digital platforms. </li><li>Experience within NALP markets- in order of priority: Egypt, Iraq, Pakistan, Jordan, Morocco, Lebanon, Tunisia, Algeria, Palestine, Mauritania. </li><li>Experience managing agencies and teams across multiple geographies: training & building capabilities. </li><li>Innovative thinker with a track record of delivery and proven ability to manage several projects concurrently and see them through from conception to conclusion</li><li>Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills at all stakeholder levels</li><li>Marketing data familiarity and Influencing skills are critical. </li><li>Project management skills</li><li>Strong self-management skills including demonstrable drive and energy</li><li>Multicultural sensitivity and interpersonal relationship management skills are essential including the ability to work effectively as part of a decentralized marketing function and a multi-functional hub office team</li><li>Analytical thinker, team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities</li><li>Naturally optimistic and energized</li><li>Arabic and English speaker, French would be advantageous</li><li>Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field with a marketing foundation, MBA or advanced degree in Digital Marketing preferred</li><li>Multi-national marketing experience is an advantage, with tech and/or digital. </li><li>Excellent performance in marketing management (10-12 years’ experience in Marketing)</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Additional Information</strong><p><br></p>Visa is an EEO Employer.
