The ultimate goal will be to help advance our technology capabilities and enable efficient engineering.<p><br></p><ul><li>Building analytic systems and predictive models.</li><li>Ensuring data quality, integrity and instantaneous availability.</li><li>Interpreting and analyzing data problems.</li><li>Visualizing data and creating reports/ dashboards.</li><li>Optimizing the performance of data-driven product design and testing.</li><li>Experimenting with new models and techniques.</li><li>Supporting studying spectroscopic system effects on end applications.</li><li>Data analysis of NeoSpectra production statistics.</li><li>Enabling data-driven engineering decisions and directions</li><li>BSs in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics or similar field.</li><li>Proven experience as a Data Scientist, or in a Machine Learning role (or similar role) with 3-5 years of experience.</li><li>Solid understanding of machine learning, data analysis and AI techniques.</li><li>Exposure to the end-to-end machine learning pipeline.</li><li>Knowledge of data engineering, management and visualization techniques.</li><li>A knack for statistical analysis and predictive modeling.</li><li>Deep knowledge of Python and Excel</li><li>Excellent understanding of statistics, multivariable calculus, and linear algebra.</li><li>Self-starter with demonstrated quantitative analysis and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Able to proactively communicate with different teams and work under pressure.</li><li>Storytelling and communication through dashboards and presentations.</li><li>Experience in Chemometric and Spectroscopy is a plus</li><li>Experience with SQL and MySQL databases or equivalent is a plus</li><li>Experience in software development programming skills and knowledge of Java, C, and MATLAB, or equivalent is a plus.</li></ul>
