We believe in making Great Moments for Everyone, Every day.<p><br></p><strong>JOB TITLE</strong><p><br></p>Senior Legal Counsel | MAF Retail | Egypt Head Office<p><br></p><strong><u>Role Summary</u></strong><p><br></p>The Senior Legal Counsel is responsible for providing the organization with effective legal services, advice, and representation for all legal issues either directly or with the support of external lawyers. The role holder is also responsible for supporting the General Manager – Legal in all legal matters and provide competent, oral and written advice to the business and regulatory functions on legal issues in a timely manner while ensuring consistency of approach and style.<p><br></p><strong>ROLE PROFILE</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Review Drafted Contracts, Agreements And Notifications As Required In A Timely Manner And Ensuring That They Are Compliant With Internal Standards And Legal Requirements</li><li>Advise Concerning Business Transactions, Claim Liability, Advisability Of Prosecuting Or Defending Lawsuits, Or Legal Rights And Obligations</li><li>Work Closely With Internal Stakeholders To Evaluate Findings And Develop Strategies And Arguments In Preparation For Presentation Of Cases</li><li>Review Policies For Legal Correctness With A View To Provide Legal Advice In Relation To The Drafting Of Contracts/Policies</li><li>Review Necessary Law Applications To Protect The Organization In Conjunction With Allowing For Commercial Advantages</li><li>Ensure Internal Legal Process Is Followed And Tasks Are Completed Within The Deadlines</li><li>Report Any Actions That Might Interfere With The Operations Of The Company</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’S Degree In Law</li><li>A Minimum Of 7+ Years’ Of Legal Experience</li><li>Experience In Drafting Different Types Of Contracts Is A Must</li><li>Strong Negotiation Skills</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>What We Offer</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>At Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
