A prominent law firm based in Dubai, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Legal Consultant, you will play a vital role in our firm’s success by leveraging your extensive legal expertise, client network, and business development skills to drive growth and contribute to the overall success of our firm.<p><br></p>Responsibilities:<p><br></p><ul><li>Legal Expertise: Utilize your comprehensive knowledge and expertise in the field of law to provide high-quality legal advice and services to our clients.</li><li>Client Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, providing them with personalized legal support and building long-lasting relationships based on trust and professionalism.</li><li>Business Development: Actively engage in business development activities, leveraging your network of clients and contacts to generate new business opportunities for the firm.</li><li>Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other legal professionals within the firm to share knowledge, expertise, and best practices, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.</li><li>Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research, analyze complex legal issues, and provide sound recommendations and solutions to clients.</li><li>Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies, and assist in the development and implementation of risk management strategies.</li><li>Mentoring and Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior legal professionals, assisting in their professional growth and development.<br></li></ul><p><br></p>Qualifications:<p><br></p><ul><li>Education: Possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution. Additional qualifications, such as an LL.M., would be an advantage.</li><li>Experience: Have a minimum of 20 years of experience practicing law. Proven experience in business development and client management is essential.</li><li>Network: Demonstrate an extensive network of clients and contacts within the legal industry, particularly in the real estate sector.</li><li>Expertise: Possess deep knowledge and expertise in UAE laws and regulations, specifically related to real estate, property transactions, and commercial law.</li><li>Communication Skills: Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic would be highly advantageous.</li><li>Business Acumen: Display strong business acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow the firm’s client base and revenue.</li><li>Leadership Skills: Showcase leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire others, and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.<br></li></ul>
