Senior Lead – Investment Advisory- Private Banking

<strong>Job Description</strong><p><br></p>The incumbent will be responsible for:<p><br></p><ul><li>Work closely with a group of RMs to Manage and promote investment and Derivatives products (primary function)</li><li>Manage alongside the RM, client profiling, Portfolio Management and Portfolio Maintenance</li><li>Ongoing training of RMs on portfolio management, new products, and market updates. </li><li>Liaise with internal stake holders, product providers and various other parties to ensure smooth processing of trades and prompt reply to client enquiries</li><li>Provide support during initiatives aimed to cross-sell initiatives to increase investment within Private Banking</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Job Content</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Drive initiatives to increase investment revenues and penetration in priority banking customers</li><li>Manage and meet customers and develop investment proposals for large customers through profiling and model portfolios</li><li>Train all the RMs on investment. </li><li>On the job coaching of RMs for investments. </li><li>Ensure compliance to mentioned polices during investment and ensure minimal miss-selling</li><li>Training of RMs on compliance and risks</li><li>Ensure monitoring when required. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Education:</strong><p><br></p>Bachelor’s degree in Finance (Essential)<p><br></p>Masters in Finance / MBA (Desirable)<p><br></p>CFA certification (Desirable)<p><br></p><strong>Experiences</strong><p><br></p>CISI Certification / Other Certifications (Essential)<p><br></p>8+ years of similar experience in other banks or wealth management institutions (Essential)<p><br></p><strong>About Us</strong><p><br></p>EIB<p><br></p>Emirates Islamic was launched in 2004 to deliver the highest standards of banking services in line with Shari’a principles.<p><br></p>As one of the leading Islamic banks in the UAE, Emirates Islamic offers exciting career opportunities for highly motivated professionals and graduates.
