Senior IT Specialist at NAOS Solutions<p><br></p>NAOS Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Specialist to join our Information Technology department. As a Senior IT Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our company’s IT infrastructure.<p><br></p>In this role, you will be responsible for:<p><br></p><ul><li>Supporting the day-to-day operations of IT systems and networks.</li><li>Responsible for the fulfillment of user’s requests and issues</li><li>Responsible for the delivery of quick resolution to incidents and identifying corrective action to deliver improvements</li><li>Responsible for the procurement process of ICT components, IT services, and licenses</li><li>Installing new software, licenses, and hardware components.</li><li>Regularly evaluating the IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.</li><li>Responsible for network administration tasks.</li><li>Managing all IT Assets such as Hardware, software, and licenses.</li><li>Educating coworkers about security and best practices for computer usage</li><li>Degree in computer science or a related IT field</li><li>Possesses at least one or more IT certifications (CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CCNA, ITIL).</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills</li><li>Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing, and listening</li></ul>
