Job Description
<p><strong>Role Purpose:</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for analyzing and developing the business requirements, effective provisioning, installation/configuration/implementation, operation, and maintenance of system software. Automate business requirements of the company on ERP business solution platform.</li></ul><p><span> </span><strong>Key Accountabilities :</strong></p><p> <strong> </strong></p><ul><li>Participates in the development, implementation, installation, and testing of Oracle Applications software.</li><li>Suggest processes enhancements through leveraging the existing business applications to increase users’ productivity and improve control procedures.</li><li><span>Analyze data contained in the corporate database and identify data integrity issues with existing and proposed systems and implement solutions.</span></li><li><span> Maintain and modify programs; make approved changes by amending flow charts, develop detailed programming logic, and coding changes. </span></li><li><span> Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes.</span></li><li>Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements.</li><li>Technical development of reports and applications using prescribed specifications</li><li><span> Analyse performance of programs and take action to correct deficiencies based on consultation with users and approval of supervisor. </span></li><li><span> Confer with users to gain understanding of needed changes or modifications of existing programs. Resolve questions of program intent, data input, output requirements, and inclusion of internal checks and controls. </span></li><li>Assure system documentation by directing the writing of detailed descriptions of the system components. </li><li>Write technical procedures and produce technical documentation for the applications including operations, user guide, etc.</li><li><span> Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed. </span></li><li><span> Document programming problems and resolutions for future reference. </span></li><li>Participates in the development of training materials. Supervise the training of user department personnel in the use of ERP system or business solution applications. </li><li>Designs and develops methods and procedures for collecting, organizing, interpreting, and classifying data for input and/or retrieval.</li><li>Recommend and direct software changes and updates to keep department systems up-to-date.</li><li>Monitor any software changes. Assist in designing special forms for user departments. </li><li>Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.</li><li>Providing daily swift support in addition to tackling problems </li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field</li><li>Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours.</li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><strong>Experience: </strong></p><ul><li>At least 2 years of experience</li><li>Knowledge in ERP implementation and in particular to Oracle EBS</li><li>Strong Knowledge in SQL</li><li> </li></ul><p><strong>Skills and Knowledge</strong></p><ul><li>Knowledge of hardware, software and business applications.</li><li>Knowledge of operating environments.</li><li>Knowledge of specific programming languages. </li></ul><p><br></p>
