Senior IT Administrator

Job Description

• Act as focal point for any IT related issues.
• Supporting end user with day to day problems/request with Windows 10/11,MS Office
• Install Windows Server, Windows 10/11 when and where needed
• Manage Microsoft Active Directory, DHCP, DNS.
• Manage Basic Networking
• Install and manage Firewalls(Fortinet, SonicWALL).
• Set up new employees with Office 365 Online and troubleshoot any issue
• Ensure smooth running of the IT systems
• Continually ensure management are aware of the latest technology, in case of system updates whether for security, networking, ERP systems etc.
• Keeping track of new technologies and updating security.
