Job Description

Al Ayuni Investment and Contracting Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Internal Auditor to join our Internal Audit department. As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls and identifying areas for improvement.<p><br></p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Performs the audit engagements from plan to report successfully &amp; recommends findings.</li><li>Performs audit engagements to identify risk and existing risk management/control practices.</li><li>Evaluates whether business units are performing their planning, accounting, operational, custodial, and control activities in compliance with management instructions, policies &amp; procedures &amp; in a manner consistent with approved objectives &amp; high standards of business practice.</li><li>Identifies areas of weakness/exposure and develops practical recommendations to manage these exposures.</li><li>Determines if appropriate corrective action has been taken on deficiencies noted during audits &amp; examinations by testing corrective action and reporting the results to the Chief Internal Auditor.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Qualifications:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance.</li><li>Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), CPA or ACCA.</li><li>Minimum of 6 years of experience in Internal Auditing.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Professional skepticism.</li><li>Data Analytics skills.</li><li>Attention to detail.</li><li>Communication skills.</li><li>Strong understanding of Risk Management principles.</li></ul><p><br></p>If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for internal auditing and a desire to make a significant impact, we encourage you to apply for the Senior Internal Auditor role at Al Ayuni Investment and Contracting Company.
