<p>We are looking for passionate S.interior designers to join our team, candidate must have 7+ years of extensive experience in high-end residential , commercial &amp; hospitality interiors, from concept to completion including delivery of highly detailed rendering, understanding details, and providing solutions as well as client-facing with a strong personality and decision making.</p><p><br></p><p>candidates must have experience in 3dsMax ,Corona, AutoCAD &amp; photoshop</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>using AI, Midjourney, and VR is a privilege.</em></strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>kindly share CV with Portfolio to</p><p><strong>designers@luxuryandmore.net</strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>** portfolio is mandatory for applications construction otherwise the application will be neglected</strong></p><p><strong><em>ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</em></strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><ul><li>create breathtaking designs </li></ul><p>handling many projects </p><p><br></p><ul><li>simultaneouslyand working with interior designer &amp; FF&amp;E team</li><li>Set a client meeting to understand the design needs and client preferences regarding interior styles and colors. And further coordination is required to meet the project objectives.</li><li>Create mood boards for client approval.</li><li>Undertake design project from concept into completion.</li><li>Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project and ensure completion on the given timeline.</li><li>Visiting Site if requested by client/design manager.</li><li>Coordinate with the Contractor/Consultant to ensure that no conflict with interior design.</li><li>Prepare Furniture Layout.</li><li>Work on the Furniture selection from the website or from local market.</li><li>Research and decide on the materials and products sourcing.</li><li>Prepare drawings and BOQ if requested .</li><li>To be aware and updated about anything related to design, technology in design field and new trends and materials.</li><li>Meet Suppliers for any new products.</li><li>Full information ,support and coordination with Istanbul office branch</li><li>Responsible for all software &amp; plugins setup and update.</li><li>working under pressure to meet the delivery date .</li></ul><p><br></p>
