<p>INTERIOR DESIGNER</p><p><br></p><p>Minimum eight years experience as INTERIOR DESIGNER, working on residential interiors, including</p><p>bathrooms and other areas using ceramic tiles in a reputable design firm.&nbsp;</p><p>Will be proficient/have hands-on experience using CADD, PHOTOSHOP and MS EXCEL, 3D MAX, and Domus3D is</p><p>a must.&nbsp;</p><p>Will be able to lead a Team of Designers, schedule workload, be well organized, and have keen attention to details. Will be knowledgeable on a broad range of sanitary wares and flooring materials such as porcelain and ceramic tiles, etc. Will be self-motivated, can work under pressure, and be flexible in order to meet deadlines.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>University Degree INTERIOR DESIGN.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>i. Specify and record the scope of work of projects to be handled by the Design team.&nbsp;</p><p>ii. Create innovative bathroom design concepts/ design bathroom interiors using various software as indicated under MAIN SPECIFICATION in accordance with Client requirements.&nbsp;</p><p>iii. Receive instructions from the SALES Department and provide necessary support in order to close the sale.&nbsp;</p><p>iv. Liaise/ coordinate with the SALES and PROJECT Departments concerning design details in accordance with the Client’s requirements and subsequently obtain Client approval.&nbsp;</p><p>v. Allocate and delegate design works to the Design Team.&nbsp;</p><p>vi. Liaise/ submit daily reports/ updates with the ACCOUNTS Department.&nbsp;</p><p>vii. Supervise the design team and monitor work progress to ensure work delivery within the agreed period.&nbsp;</p><p>viii. Review design team drawings prior to Client submission.&nbsp;</p><p>ix. Report to/ update the DIRECTOR and Sales on issues regarding the design and other matters relating to the Department.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
