<br><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong> </p><ul><li>Creating new outstanding design concepts.</li><li>Bringing great, fresh ideas to the team that are project appropriate.</li><li>Guiding the junior and middle designers to improving their work input. The Senior designer has to be to able to generate new design ideas and solutions and explain the middle and junior designers how to implement it to their designs.</li><li>Very strong experience in 3D Max to be able to make 3D design visualizations.</li><li>Undertake a design project from concept to completion.</li><li>Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans.</li><li>Keep an eye on the progress of the work.</li><li>Handle and manage other departments.</li><li>Set costs and project fees in accordance with the budget.</li><li>Familiar with furniture types, materials, manufacturers, representatives, and vendors.</li><li>Will be responsible to provide a remarkably high level of concept and detailed design along with quality leadership.</li><li>Thoroughly understand materials, furniture and furniture systems, lighting materials, and furniture presentations on boards or digitally.</li><li>Ensuring smooth process of other departments.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience </strong></p><ul><li>Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning, and new construction)</li><li>Expertise in layout, color, lighting, material selection, custom furniture, and all installations</li><li>Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or other design programs</li><li>Excellent portfolio of previous works</li><li>Creative talent, imagination, and an eye for design</li><li>Communication and presentation skills</li><li>Project management skills</li><li>BS degree in Interior Design or similar<br></li></ul>
