<p>Kristina Zanic Consultants is looking for Senior Interior Designers to join our award-winning, dynamic and friendly team in Saudi Arabia.</p><p><br></p><p><span>Please submit your CV and Portfolio in a pdf format (links to websites will not be accepted) through email at careers@kristinazanic.com</span></p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for highly creative, enthusiastic, and confident designers, with excellent communication skills, able to work both independently and as part of a team on a range of projects throughout the Middle East, Europe, and Asia, focusing on:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>5-star luxury hotels and resorts</li><li>High-end residential projects</li></ul><p><br></p><p>You will work from conception through to completion, with the opportunity to travel to sites.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><ul><li>You must have at least ten years of experience working on luxury projects</li><li>Ability to work on multiple projects</li><li>Create bespoke and unique designs and layouts</li><li>Work on projects from Concept Design to Execution</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients, operators, consultants, and teams to address projects’ needs</li><li>Proficient knowledge of the full process of design and construction of a luxury hotel</li><li>Sourcing products, for example, fittings, furniture, lighting, finishes, and decoration items, and providing samples for clients</li><li>Preparing detailed working drawing packages and specifications</li><li>Working closely with quantity surveyors to establish costs and work schedules on projects where required.</li><li>Working with architects, MEP Engineers, and other design professionals to coordinate all other disciplines</li><li>Lead the project team and work in a team with other designers in all phases</li><li>Mentoring other designers on technical, operational, cost suitability, and design details.</li><li>Identify and manage resources required for the project and constantly review and feedback to Design Director or the manager in charge</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>A degree in Interior Design or Architecture</li><li>At least ten years of experience</li><li>A wide knowledge of the design industry</li><li>Presentation skills</li><li>A very high level of commercial awareness</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent English skills (written, reading, spoken)</li></ul>
