Senior Interior Design Coordinator

Job Description

<strong>Requirements :</strong><p><br></p><strong>Experience :</strong> 6-7 years as in InteriorDesign Coordinator in UAE is must.<p><br></p><strong>Project Coordination:</strong><p><br></p>1. Manage multiple interior design projects simultaneously, from initial concept development to final implementation.<p><br></p>2. Collaborate with architects and contractors to integrate interior design plans seamlessly with architectural blueprints and construction processes.<p><br></p>3. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.<p><br></p><strong>Design Development:</strong><p><br></p>1. Develop innovative and creative design concepts that align with project goals, market trends, and client expectations.<p><br></p>2. Prepare detailed interior design plans, including space layouts, furniture arrangements, color schemes, and lighting designs.<p><br></p>3. Select and specify appropriate materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories based on design requirements and budget considerations.<p><br></p><strong>Vendor and Contractor Management:</strong><p><br></p>1. Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to source and procure materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&amp;E) required for the project.<p><br></p>2. Obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and coordinate delivery and installation schedules.<p><br></p><strong>NOTE : Immediate Joiners will be preferred.</strong>
