<br><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>You will work closely with the project manager, clients and architect/building designer from the design stage through to project completion.</p><p>On some projects you will be the lead designer responsible for all phases from initial client meetings, as-built drawings, permitting, and materials selections, with others you will share these responsibilities with an architect or building designer.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Demonstrate fluency with residential and commercial building materials, details and construction techniques.</li><li>Prioritize use of sustainable design trends and materials.</li><li>Competent in drafting, modeling and rendering (Sketch-up, Autocad, Twinmotion, Revit etc.)</li><li>Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.</li><li>High level of organization and familiarity with typical office communication tools.</li><li>Easily able to cultivate, build and nurture lasting client relationships.</li></ul>
